Overview

During this practical and experiential day, we will delve deep into our philial connection to our wilderness landscapes, encompassing the latest science and research into how trees heal us.

We will gain an understanding of the physiological and psychological benefits of Nature Immersion, whilst walking in the woods, and gently exploring our senses and responses to the stimuli of the Natural world.

It is also through our spiritual and ecological connection that we can realise a new perspective and reverence for our kinship with the Natural world.
