Create a unique & memorable outdoor event to celebrate your or someone else’s birthday… Whether for an adult or older child, we can put together a range of activities to suit.
Our unique birthday experiences are full of skills & challenges, fun & games and stories incorporating elements of bushcraft, nature awareness and crafts, adapted to suit the age and interest of the group.
Half to full day or overnight events can be arranged. These might be hosted at our riverside wild meadow venue on Dartmoor OR at other private sites local to Totnes/Dartington (subject to availability & additional fees) OR we can come to your private venue/land (if a suitably resourced outdoor space is available).
Our event could stand alone or, if at your venue, could work around other activities or entertainment you may have lined up e.g. crafts; music; well being experiences…
Price: (half day) from £275 + any site fee and travel expenses (if applicable).

Essential Information
We have a range of experienced and enthusiastic leaders we can call upon to lead your event. This will be discussed with you in advance and a name confirmed once we know your date requirements and match that with respective leaders’ availability.
We offer half to full day and overnight events. The options for the programme will be discussed and timings agreed in advance.
We provide the leader/s and a tailored event programme, any required field equipment plus drinks/refreshments. Typically food is not included but may be supplied subject to agreement/additional cost.
Once the venue and other details are confirmed we will provide you with a detailed event information sheets including joining instructions & directions to the venue.
Generally clients provide their own party food, or bring packed lunches and supplement that with party food. However this can be discussed with you and included if that is your preference.
In any case we do usually provide some hot drinks/refreshments and some campfire cookery foods may be included if that’s part of the programme e.g. trail bread.
